I was so disappointed with BLT Steak in White Plains. It's counterpart, BLT Prime in NYC is one of my favorites, so I had high hopes. They were all let down. The short ribs were just ok, not great. My colleague had the BBQ steak sandwich, which had a heavy sweet sauce that was, quite frankly, uneatable. I asked for CRISY bacon (who doesn't), but even that was done incorrectly. As was alluded to in other reviews, service was terrible.

I decided not to order a steak and go for the pork spare rib. Let me tell you, It was delicious!...I ordered the creamy spinach, which i wasnt to crazy about. There was really nothing special about it. The place is VERY pricey and I think its not really worth it. We waited forever for our food and the waiters were very slow. Overall everyone was pleased with their main courses, but I doubt I will ever visit again.

Has been a frequent destination for business meals and experience has varied on each visit. Steaks can be good or bad. Have yet to taste a great steak there. Service has been from bad to average with the occasional good. Inconsistency is a weakness you should not be getting from a restaurant of that price point [or potential]. Why go there ? - - business / power meal. If you are looking for a good steak, White Plains has much better choices

What an awful place. My children took me to the Ritz for my birthday this past weekend. We had dinner res for 12, that included 4 children. What a mistake! he restaurant ws empty, and yet we could not find a waiter to take our orders. When we finally ordered the appitizers, basically salads, it took 45 minutes for them to arrive. No waiter ever came by. the kids were running around, food came, all wrong, horrible. No charges to hotel.
